Principe de base et fonctionnement des diodes<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Une diode poss\u00e8de deux bornes\u00a0: l\u2019anode et la cathode. Lorsqu\u2019une tension positive est appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019anode et une tension plus faible \u00e0 la cathode, la diode conduit le courant. En polarit\u00e9 inverse, elle bloque le passage du courant.<\/p>\n<p>Cela s&#039;explique par la pr\u00e9sence d&#039;une jonction PN dans une diode. Une face est dop\u00e9e pour pr\u00e9senter un exc\u00e8s d&#039;\u00e9lectrons (type N), tandis que l&#039;autre face est dop\u00e9e pour pr\u00e9senter un exc\u00e8s de trous (type P). \u00c0 la jonction, une fine zone de d\u00e9pl\u00e9tion se forme.
